Terms

1. BIDDER REGISTRATION: All bidders must register prior to bidding. B A RIGBY AUCTIONS reserves the right to approve or deny and registration request. A buyer information/ eligibility form will be available from the B A RIGBY AUCTIONS site and on location at pickup.
2. LEGAL COMPLIANCE: All federal, state, and local firearm laws apply. Purchasers must be legally eligible to own firearms.
3. SHIPPING: If shipping is required for out of state delivery of a purchased firearm, the item will be shipped to the FFL dealer nearest to the purchaser.
4. PAYMENT: Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Acceptable payment methods include VISA/MC, American Express, Cashier’s Check, Wire, Cash or Check approved by B A RIGBY AUCTIONS.
5. BUYER’S PREMIUM: A buyer’s premium of 10% will be added to the winning bid price.
6. SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be charged unless buyer provides a valid tax exemption certificate.
7. INSPECTION: All firearms and items in this auction are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Buyers are encouraged to inspect all items prior to bidding.
8. ALL SALES FINAL: No refunds, returns or exchanges will be allowed. No exceptions.
9. DEFAULT: Failure to make payment or complete buyer purchase(s) may result in cancellation of the purchase transaction and forfeiture of any deposits and future bidding privileges.
10. FIREARM CONDITION: Used firearms should be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. The buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for the safe handling, storage, transportation and use of any firearm purchased.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By registering and placing a bid, a buyer is acknowledging that they have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
12. STORAGE FEES: For any item sold that has not been picked up within 48 hours from date of auction, a daily storage fee of $20 per item will be assessed before the purchased item(s) will be released.
13. ITEM PICKUP: ALL ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP ON LOCATION AT 4380 N 21st STREET, OZARK, MISSOURI, AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION ON AUGUST 22ND AND THROUGH SUNDAY, AUGUST 23RD, WITH PROPER IDENTIFICATION AND NOTIFICATION OF PICKUP TO AUCTIONEER.
